Social Equity Leadership Conference 2010


Established by the Standing Panel on Social Equity at the National Academy of Public Administration, the annual Social Equity Leadership Conferences are focused on advancing knowledge and understanding of applied and theoretical research towards the promotion of social equity in governance.
The annual Social Equity Leadership Conference will be hosted by the School of Public Affairs at the University of Baltimore on June 16, 17, and 18, 2010 in Baltimore, Maryland. It is co-sponsored by the School of Public Affairs and Administration at Rutgers University's Newark Campus.

**Conference Location**
The conference will take place at the Baltimore Tremonts Historic Venue and Hotel Suites. The hotel is only 1.5 miles from Penn Station, 10.5 miles from BWI Airport, and 1 mile from the Inner Harbor.
** There have been several inquiries regarding the location of the hotel. The directions link below lists both the Tremont Plaza (St. Paul St.) and the Tremont Grand (225 Charles Street Baltimore). It is the same place-- If you are staying at the hotel it might be easier to enter through the St. Paul entrance. If you are only attending the conference it might be easier to enter through the Charles St. entrance.
