Design a form and use FormMail

INSS 401

• Your first task is to create a form to obtain customer information in regard to an imaginary product.

• Your second task is to use FormMail as installed at the Merrick School of Business. See our local FormMail tutorial

• Your third task is to upload the form to HOME using WSFTP or equivalent. Please note that the FormMail script will only work if your pages are at UB servers.

• Finally, e-mail me the URL (the address) of your form pages in home.ubalt.edu. Use 401a6 as subject.
