Add user

Open control panel and select
- you will see the basic user dialog.
- click on add and users can be added anew of from other domains.
- select properties for a user and you can change his/her personal information
- and also assign group membership to the user

Please note that the guest user cannot be deleted,

but is disabled, like in NT.
