Biography
Dr. Susan Rawson Zacur is Professor of Management in the Robert G.
Merrick School of Business at the University of Baltimore. She is a
faculty Fellow in the Center for Negotiations and Conflict Management
and a Senior Fellow in the Hoffberger Center for Professional Ethics at
the University. She was a member of the team that developed the Code of
Ethics for the Academy of Management.
Dr. Zacur
currently teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in the fields of
leadership, human resource management, and organizational behavior. She
has scholarly publications related to these fields.
Dr. Zacur has
a B.A from Simmons College and the M.B.A and D.B.A degrees from the
University of Maryland. She has served as a human resources
professional in the public sector, an academic department chair, a
developer and facilitator of management seminars, and as a management
consultant to more than twenty organizations. She has received awards
of distinction for teaching and for service to the University, the
human resources profession, and the community.
