Placing a Call

• Enter number, hit send

• Cellphone broadcasts request

• Several cellsites receive, send to MTSO

• MTSO assigns cellphone to cellsite with loudest signal

• MTSO sends message to cellphone, telling it what incoming, outgoing channels to use
