I received my Associate Degree from Anne Arundel Community College in 2019 before transferring to the University of Baltimore to study Art Management & Production. I have worked in customer service since 2005-starting my career in Retail Management before moving into the non-profit world. In 2022, I made my transition to the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra as the Events Coordinator and quickly moved up to Events and Engagement Manager.
Customer service is at the forefront of all of the work I do. With my background in retail, I have learned the ins and outs of customer service, and the best way to keep customers and patrons happy! To me, throwing events is the ultimate form of customer service. Throw a good party and you have people talking for weeks.
