• Your first task is to create a form to obtain customer information in regard to an imaginary product.

• Your second task is to use FormMail as installed at the Merrick School of Business. See our local FormMail tutorial

• Your third task is to upload the form to UBMAIL using WSFTP or equivalent.

• Finally, e-mail me the URL (the address) of your form pages in ubmail.ubalt.edu. Use 701a6 as subject.
