• Both restricted (password required) or unrestricted training can be conducted using the Web hypermedia capabilities. You WebMBA experience is a major example.
• Easy, intuitive: remember the tutorials you have read in this course!
• Self documenting: what you can read, you can also copy (if allowed) and print.
• Cheap and easy to create and maintain: no manuals to print, classrooms to pay for, etc. Can be created on-the-fly.

• can be used to distribute manuals
• can be used to distribute catalogs
• can be used to show collections and exhibits
• balance access time versus opportunity: consider the time to download images and the real needs of the reader
• thumbnail images should be used whenever possible: make them link to full versions.
• scan pictures not brochures: resolution and colors are affected when a picture is included in a printed media.
• remember that the world will see it: quality is more important than quantity.
