Bitvise SSH Client: Free SSH file transfer, terminal and tunneling
Putty and Xming : SSH with graphical applications running in Linux and showing in Windows.

Putty SSH Client: Free SSH terminal integrated with a X Server for Windows (Xming).
Xming X server for Windows: Free X server for Windows. Once started waits for a SSH connection as provided by Putty and when a X Windows (graphical application ) starts in Linux it displays as a graphical application in Windows. See a you-tube video of both working together here.

Win SCP: suggestion download and install WinSCP 5.11 or newer version.
Cygwin: you can run Linux in Windows and use portable openssh.
