Create your home page on the World Wide Web

Your first task is to create a basic Web home page, as instructed in the tutorial Essential HTML, using the student template provided in the tutorial (student.html).
Your second task (optional) is to have your picture converted (or captured) to a digital file -- yourpict.gif or any other name you wish to give to it and linked, inserted in your home page.
Your third task is to upload the text of your page to your directory in HOME (home.ubalt.edu) using FileZilla as explained in this tutorial. If you included a picture, please also upload it. If you used Microsoft Word to create your page and insert your picture, you also need to upload a directory with your picture that Microsoft Word has created.
Finally, post the URL of your home page in the Homepage tab in the Assignments folder in WebTycho. The URL (address of your page) will look like: http://home.ubalt.edu/students/UBxxxx/home.html , where UBxxxx is your login to the CIS Labs, and home.html is whatever name you gave to your page when you saved it.
