Test for Equality of Several
Population Proportions

You are interested in testing the equality of the proportion parameter of k number of populations with respect to binary random variable (e.g., Yes, No):

H0: P1 = P2 =.....= Pk

Arrange the resulting frequencies in a 2 by k (or k by 2) crosstable, i.e., sample size, and number of Yes’s (or number of No’s) for each populations. Enter the frequencies into the following table by replacing "X" with your frequencies, starting from the upper left corner without leaving any gaps, and then click the Calculate. Non-entry rows and columns are not included in the calculations.

In entering your data to move from cell to cell in the data-matrix use the Tab key not arrow or enter keys.

Se esta interesado en probar la igualdad de los parámetros de proporciones de k números de poblaciones con respecto a una variable aleatoria binaria (por ejemplo, Si, No):
H0: P1 = P2 =.....= Pk
Arregle las frecuencias resultantes en una tabla cruzada de 2 por k (ó k por 2). Introduzca las frecuencias en la siguiente tabla reemplazando las "X", comenzando en el extremo superior izquierdo de la tabla sin dejar ningún espacio vacío, y luego presione el botón Calculate (Calcular.) Filas y columnas sin datos nos son incluidas en los cálculos.

Little or no real evidences against the null hypothesis = Poca o no evidencia real en contra de la hipótesis nula
Strong evidence against the null hypothesis = Evidencia fuerte en contra de la hipótesis nula
